Background and History
of Harmon Ranch

Welcome to Harmon Ranch, a residential community in the western portion of Chandler, Arizona, southwest of Rural and Ray Roads. Harmon Ranch was developed on agricultural land in 1992/1993, with the community of 243 homes being marketed and constructed by three homebuilders: US Homes, Diamond Key Homes, and T.W. Lewis Homes. The Homeowner's Association was created and incorporated as a result of City of Chandler Planned Area Development requirements to have a HOA in place for the maintenance of association landscaping and storm water retention areas, and overall architectural control and upkeep.

Harmon Ranch is situated within a short distance to abundant retail stores, three area freeways, the Chandler Fashion Mall, Kyrene School District Elementary and Middle Schools, Corona Del Sol High School, and the largest Chandler Employer, INTEL.

The all-volunteer Board of Directors of the Association meets eight times a year at the offices of Lepin and Renehan Management, in Tempe. The 243 Members of the Association meet annually in January. This Web Site was developed in May of 2004 by the Association Board for the members, to encourage communication and access to Association documents and information about ongoing projects.
